Processing & Shipping

At BrittsBlossoms everything is handmade to order, nothing is premade unless specified in the listing.  Please plan accordingly if you need something by a specific date.

    • Processing time for orders is 3-5 business days.
    • If you need RUSH processing please email us prior to purchasing.
    • All orders are shipped using USPS First Class Mail, you have the ability to upgrade shipping at checkout.

USA Shipping Options

USPS First Class Mail

      • 4-14 business days (not guaranteed by the USPS)
      • Comes with tracking number.
      • This option is not insured by USPS, and you assume all responsibility and liability if the package is lost.
      • If a package doesn't arrive, YOU the buyer are responsible for contacting the USPS.

USPS Priority Mail

      • 2-3 business days (not guaranteed by the USPS).
      • Comes with insurance and tracking number.  The insurance is with USPS, not BrittsBlossoms.
      • If a package doesn't arrive, YOU the buyer are responsible for contacting USPS. 

USPS Express Mail

      • 1-2 business days (guaranteed by the USPS)
      • Comes with insurance and tracking number.  The insurance is with the USPS, not BrittsBlossoms.
      • If a package doesn't arrive, YOU the buyer are responsible for contacting USPS. 

INTERNATIONAL

If you're ordering internationally, products should be ordered 7-8 weeks ahead! All international orders will be sent first class mail. Most international orders will arrive in 10 or more days. If you are interested in a faster shipping time, please contact us. We are NOT responsible for any charges you incur such as taxes and customs fees. 

LOST, STOLEN, & UNDELIVERED SHIPMENTS

*USPS failures are not a fault of BrittsBlossoms or a reflection of our level of dedication to our customers. 


*BrittsBlossoms is NOT responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered packages. All lost, stolen, and undelivered packages without insurance are the responsibility of the buyer. Always contact USPS for a discrepancy and to ask about insurance if it is lost or undelivered.

BrittsBlossoms DOES NOT OFFER INSURANCE ON PACKAGES. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE ONCE THEY LEAVE OUR FACILITY.

*We are not the mail carriers - we are the company who shipped it for you. Please do not contact and blame us for an undelivered package. If we marked your package as shipped and included the tracking number, we did our part in the order process. We are not in charge of delivering the package to you. Please contact your local USPS office in such cases like this.
