FAQ's

1. When will my order ship?
Processing/Production time is 3-7 business days.
(not including weekends & bank/federal holidays)

2. What does processing time mean?
This is the time between when an order is placed by a customer to when the order is fulfilled (shipped out) by us.

3. What is ROUTE Package Protection?
Route Package Protection is insurance for your package.  Such issues like a lost package, a stolen package or damaged package in transit ROUTE will cover. You can view your deliveries in the Route mobile app to get a real-time view of where your package is. 

If you do not add Route Package Protection upon checkout, your order IS NOT INSURED. We highly recommend adding Route in case of any issues. We do not replace lost or stolen packages unless Route is purchased. Route cannot be added to your order after checkout. If an issue arises, reach out to Route for a quick resolution.

4.  Can I return or exchange?
No, all sales are final.

5.  How do I become and ambassador/brand rep?
Currently, we don't have an ambassador/influencer program. We appreciate tagged content on socials; tag @brittsblossoms on Instagram & TikTok for a chance to be reposted.

6.  Who do I contact regarding questions about my order?
Please contact us via email brittsblossoms@gmail.com OR send us a DM on Instagram.  Make sure to include your full name and order #.

7.  Help, I can't find my order confirmation!
Our website automatically sends out order confirmation emails, please check your spam folder if you do not see it in your inbox. 

8.  How will I know when my order ships?
You will receive an email when your order ships out that will include tracking information.  If you do not see the email in your inbox please check your spam folder.

9.  Do you offer Rush Processing/Production?
It depends on our order load.  For rush orders, email brittsblossoms@gmail.com or DM on Instagram prior to purchasing with the specific items and desired delivery date (extra fee applies).

10. Do you have clip on earrings available?
Yes! We offer clip on earrings at a small extra fee for anyone who does not have their ears pieced or if you have gauged/stretched ears. Please send an email or DM us on Instagram for info!

11.  Where are BrittsBlossoms products made?
BrittsBlossoms products are handmade and shipped from NJ, right outside Philadelphia.

12.  I like when my kitty ears and earrings are very fluffy/full which should I order for the preference?
We recommended that you order our Stash Fluff Kitty Ears and Stash Fluff Earrings for a more fluffy/fuller look.  Our Mixed Fluff Kitty Ears & Mixed Fluff Earrings are also a good option for this preference. (Please don’t hesitate to message us prior to ordering to make sure you are ordering exactly what you want.)

13. How can I keep up to date with your shop?!
