1. When will my order ship?
Processing/Production time is 2 weeks.
(not including bank/federal holidays)
2. Can you return or exchange?
No, everything is final sale.
3. How far in advance should I order?
We suggest that you order at least 3.5-4 weeks before you are leaving for your event. If you live outside the USA you should order at least 8+ weeks in advance.
4. How do I become and ambassador/brand rep?
At this time we do not have an ambassador/influencer program. We are always looking at our tagged content on socials to share! Please tag @brittsblossoms on Instagram & Tiktok for a chance to be reposted.
5. Who do I contact regarding questions about my order?
Please contact us via email brittsblossoms@gmail.com OR send us a DM on Instagram. Make sure to include your full name and order #.
6. Help, I can't find my order confirmation!
Our website automatically sends out order confirmation emails, please check your spam folder if you do not see it in your inbox.
7. How will I know when my order ships?
You will receive an email when your order ships out that will include tracking information.
8. Do you offer Rush Processing/Production?
It depends on our order load, please send an email to brittsblossoms@gmail.com (or send a DM on Instagram) with exactly which items you want to be rushed as well as the date you need it by (there will be an extra fee).
9. Do you have clip on earrings available?
Yes! We offer clip on earrings at a small extra fee for anyone who does not have their ears pieced or if you have gauged/stretched ears. Please send an email or DM us on Instagram for info!
10. Where are you located?
Right outside Philadelphia.
11. How can I keep up to date with your shop?!
