Processing time refers to the period between when you place your order and when it is fulfilled (shipped out).
Route Package Protection insures your package against issues such as loss, theft, or damage during transit. You can track your deliveries in real-time through the Route app.
If you do not add Route at checkout, your order will not be insured. We highly recommend adding Route for protection, as we do not replace lost or stolen packages without it. Note: Route cannot be added after checkout. For any issues, please contact Route directly for resolution.

USPS Priority Mail is a shipping upgrade that applies once your package leaves our hands — this fee goes directly to USPS for faster delivery after we ship it.
RUSH (Skip the Line) Service is a separate fee that lets your order skip our current queue. This means we prioritize your order and get it handmade, packaged and shipped out faster than our listed processing time. This fee goes to us for the extra time and effort to expedite your order.

Yes! We offer clip-on earrings for those without pierced ears or for those with gauged/stretched ears. Please email or DM us for more information.
