1. When will my order ship?
Processing/production time is 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and federal holidays).
2. What does processing time mean?
Processing time refers to the period between when you place your order and when it is fulfilled (shipped out).
3. What is ROUTE Package Protection?
Route Package Protection insures your package against issues such as loss, theft, or damage during transit. You can track your deliveries in real-time through the Route app.
If you do not add Route at checkout, your order will not be insured. We highly recommend adding Route for protection, as we do not replace lost or stolen packages without it. Note: Route cannot be added after checkout. For any issues, please contact Route directly for resolution.
4. Can I return or exchange?
No, all sales are final.
5. How do I become an ambassador/brand rep?
Currently, we do not have an ambassador/influencer program. However, we appreciate your support! Tag us @brittsblossoms on Instagram and TikTok for a chance to be featured.
6. Who do I contact regarding questions about my order?
Please email us at info@brittsblossoms.com or send a DM on Instagram. Be sure to include your full name and order number.
7. Help, I can't find my order confirmation!
Our system automatically sends order confirmations. If you don't see yours, check your spam or junk folder.
8. How will I know when my order ships?
You will receive an email with tracking information once your order ships. If you don't see it in your inbox, check your spam folder.
9. Do you offer Rush Processing/Production?
Rush processing may be available depending on our current order volume. Please email us or DM on Instagram before purchasing with the items and delivery date you need (extra fee applies).
10. Do you have clip on earrings available?
Yes! We offer clip-on earrings for those without pierced ears or for those with gauged/stretched ears. Please email or DM us for more information.
11. Where are BrittsBlossoms products made?
All of our products are handmade and shipped from New Jersey, just outside Philadelphia.
12. I like when my kitty ears and earrings are very fluffy/full which should I order for the preference?
For a fluffier look, we recommend our Stash Fluff Kitty Ears and Stash Fluff Earrings. Our Mixed Fluff Kitty Ears and Mixed Fluff Earrings are also great options. Feel free to message us before ordering to ensure you're choosing exactly what you want!
